Sagemcom Router Login and ISP Gateway Setup

Sagemcom manufactures gateways for Vodafone, Spectrum, EE, TalkTalk, and dozens of global ISPs. Admin address: 192.168.0.1 on most models.

About Sagemcom Routers

You almost never buy a Sagemcom router; your ISP hands you one. The French manufacturer is one of the biggest white-label gateway makers on the planet, building the boxes that Spectrum, Vodafone, EE, TalkTalk, Orange and dozens of other providers put their own logo on. That's why "Sagemcom login" is a slightly misleading search, the login details depend far more on which ISP customised the firmware than on Sagemcom itself.

Practical consequence number one: the same F@ST hardware can sit at 192.168.0.1 for one provider and 192.168.1.1 for another, with completely different panels. Consequence number two: your ISP's support pages for the box are usually more useful than Sagemcom's own site, which is aimed at operators, not end users. Find your provider in the table below, and when in doubt trust the sticker on the device over anything on the internet, including us.

Troubleshooting

1
admin/admin rejected

ISP-supplied Sagemcom devices have a unique password on the label. Check for "Admin Password" on the device sticker - not admin/admin.

2
Advanced settings locked or missing

ISP firmware hides whatever the provider decided you shouldn't touch, and it varies wildly: Spectrum's units expose very little, Vodafone's Expert Mode (log in, then look for the Expert/Advanced toggle) opens up quite a bit more. If the setting you need genuinely isn't there, the workaround is your own router behind the Sagemcom with the gateway in bridge or modem mode where the ISP allows it.

3
Panel URL from another country's guide doesn't work

Guides for Sagemcom boxes are ISP-specific even when the model number matches. A Vodafone UK guide won't map onto an Orange Spain unit. Check your gateway's real address with ipconfig (Default Gateway line) or our router IP tool, then use your own ISP's documentation.

The Settings People Actually Come Here For

Nearly everyone logging into a Sagemcom box wants one of three things. Changing the Wi-Fi name and password: it's under Wireless or WiFi in every variant, and after saving, every device in the house reconnects with the new password, plan for two minutes of grumbling housemates. Rebooting remotely: usually on the panel's front page or under Maintenance, and fixes more weirdness than it has any right to. And port forwarding: under Advanced or NAT where exposed; on some ISP variants (Spectrum especially) it moved to the provider's app instead, so if the menu isn't there, check the app before concluding the box can't do it.

FAQ

What if the default credentials do not work?

Check the physical label on the device for custom credentials. If the password was changed and is unknown, press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds to restore factory defaults. After a factory reset, the default credentials listed above will work again.
