FAQ
My ISP provided a ZTE device and admin/admin does not work
ISPs routinely change the default admin credentials on ZTE devices before shipping to customers. Your ISP's default password for your model is often printed on the device sticker - look for a label with "Admin Password" or "WiFi Password" distinct fields. If neither works, contact your ISP and ask for the gateway admin credentials. Some ISPs do not give customers admin access at all and require all configuration to go through their customer portal.
