Troubleshooting
Custom DNS blocks local hostname. Use http://192.168.1.1 directly.
Place satellite 1-2 rooms from main Orbi. Check signal: Advanced → Orbi → Orbi Devices.
Check WAN IP in Advanced → Setup → Internet Setup. If private IP (192.168.x.x), enable bridge mode on ISP gateway.

What if the default credentials do not work?
Check the physical label on the device for custom credentials. If the password was changed and is unknown, press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds to restore factory defaults. After a factory reset, the default credentials listed above will work again.
